For many of us, the primary relationship in our life is with our significant other, our romantic partner, our Love. This relationship can either be fulfilling and life-giving, or it can be distant and draining. Empowering Families is designed to help you develop the necessary tools to spend more quality time together, communicate better, and learn how to resolve conflict to move toward a more healthy and happy family.
Empowering Families is part of a research project, which means we ask you to complete some surveys along the way (at intake, at 6 weeks, 6 months and at 12 months). This helps us better understand the effectiveness of our program. It also means that you will randomly assigned to one of three groups: no services, 6-week group, or 8-week group.
Because The Parenting Center is participating in this research project, we are not able to select which level of services participants receive and we ask that you commit to the track to which you are assigned.
***Those selected to the “no services” group will not be enrolled in a workshop.***
