Summary | The Program Marketing Manager has a critical role in advancing the awareness, marketing and branding of the federally-funded program (FFP) offerings at The Parenting Center. In this role, the selected candidate will develop, implement and manage processes and strategies that lead to the enhanced engagement and enrollment of potential program participants.

Responsibilities and Duties |

  • Serve as project manager for all social, digital and print assets for FFPs
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Development and Marketing department and FFPs
  • Collaborate with FFP directors in the development and creation of sponsored content, creative and on-trend concepts published on social media channels
  • Develop and implement digital advertising and marketing strategies to further enhance FFP sponsored content
  • Develop, implement and maintain FFP-specific monthly/weekly/daily social media calendar
  • Prioritize and organize multiple FFP projects at once
  • Provide strategic leadership in tracking and reporting sponsored content analytics on a daily, weekly, monthly or as needed basis
  • Develop and implement social media engagement strategy for FFPs
  • Work collaboratively with Development and Marketing department to identify and implement advertising and marketing best practices to enhance FFP sponsored content
  • Develop and implement SEO strategy to enhance awareness of FFP offerings
  • Design and develop print collateral to strategically market FFP offerings
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Development team to develop strategic brand messaging for FFPs

Requirements | Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. At least 2 years of direct project management experience, working directly with social/digital campaigns.

Experience/Qualifications |

  • Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok

  • Ability to conceptualize unique content ideas and follow through to implementation

  • Strong storytelling/copywriting/copyediting skills

  • General proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus – Photoshop, InDesign, etc.

  • Knowledge and ability to implement effective digital advertising and marketing strategies

  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with direct supervisor, leadership team and colleagues with a high level of professionalism

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding clients and agency business

  • Must have own reliable transportation, liability insurance, and a valid Texas driver’s license

Salary/ Compensation Package | $43,000 annual salary. 401k 5% matching. 10 paid holidays per year with 1 floating holiday. Generous PTO. This position is funded by a federal grant and its existence is subjected to the availability of continued funding. In the rare occasion that the grant is not renewed, this appointment will conclude on September 29, 2025
