Individual Giving
Individual contributions are critical to our fundraising efforts, not just during the holiday season, but throughout the year. Donations to The Parenting Center produce results. The Better Busines Bureau, Guidestar and DonorBridge have all recognized The Parenting Center’s smart use of funding in pursuit of eliminating child abuse.
The following are some ways that individuals can contribute to our work that builds strong families. To learn more about these or other ways to give, please contact Executive Director, Barbara Lamsens: 817-632-5505 / blamsens@theparentingcenter.org.
Scholarships for Clients
Your donation of $20 or more to provide scholarships for low-income clients will allow them to attend a parenting class, receive counseling or other services that they otherwise would not be able to afford.
Endowments and Planned Giving
These philanthropic perennials enable us to sustain our valuable services during challenging economic times. Endowments and planned giving can help you further your personal financial goals while helping strengthen The Parenting Center. Consider making a gift to The Parenting Center programs or endowment by way of your will, estate planning, stocks and financial holdings. For more information, contact hclinton@theparentingcenter.org or 817-632-5507.
Matching Gifts
When you make a gift to The Parenting Center, please ask your company to match it. Many companies will even make a monetary donation for each volunteer hour the employee gives to the community.
