Examine the cause, effects, and signs of stress in adults and children. Identify ways we unknowingly create stress in our own lives and in our children’s lives. Learn and Practice Nurturing Parenting techniques to help reduce stress in parents and children.
Class meets from 10:00 am-12:00 p.m.
Please arrive 15 minutes before class begins. Late entry is not allowed.
Please make childcare arrangements. Children are not allowed in class and childcare is not available.
